2011 Opening Bow!

It's finally here and you know Cody and Jordan will be back in the woods with the camera trying to capture more magical hunts!  They have been shooting all summer making sure their good to go when the season comes.

We went out opening morning and we sat together to try and film something.  At the time we were only buck hunting and 2 does came within 40 yards of our stand.  We passed up on them because we were looking for a big boy.  The next morning we split up because Jordan's sister wanted to sit in and try and watch and maybe film a kill for Cody because she sat with him.  They had a buck walk right under their stand and got right up on them so fast they had no time to pull the camera out before Cody smoked a decent 6 pointer! It was still a successful hunt even though we didn't get the kill on camera, but don't worry we're not done trying this season!
